Ourlong term, dedicated and loyal Educators at Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Orange are seeking a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Educator to be part of our Casual Pool, working alongside our highly trained team.

As a casual, you are not obligated to commit to any minimum hours, which allows you more flexibility to work. The ideal candidate would be available to work from 3 to 5 days per week, any shifts.

About your new role

Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests through a reflective practice cycle.
n
Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, protected, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
n
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
n
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
n
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

A little about you
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
n




Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)
n
Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
n
Preferred experience in caring for and educating children with additional needs
n
