About the Role
n
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, you will be maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces around the Northwest.
n
We're looking for a collaborative team player with strong communication skills. This hands‐on role is ideal for an experienced gardener or landscaper who's passionate about their craft and enjoys the variety of doing something different every day!
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Use of a variety of equipment such as push mower, whipper snipper, hedger, pole pruner, small plant machinery and basic hand tools
n
Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
n
Mowing and whipper snipping lawns, trimming edges, and caring for turf areas
n
Preparing soil, mulching and planting beds
n
Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
n
Adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment
n
n
About You
n
You have proven yourself to have a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
n
n
Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens will be highly regarded, but is not essential
n
2+ years' recent hands‐on experience in a similar role
n
Valid driver's licence
n




Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality work and exceeding client expectations
n
A team player who values the experiences, knowledge and input of your colleagues
n
Physically fit and able safely lift heavy objects when required and
stand/kneel/squat/bend
for extended periods
n
