Job Description
PVH is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager (Assistant Manager, Customer Care) to lead a best-in-class customer experience across our E-Commerce websites and third-party channels. Based at our Sydney head office, this full time hybrid role combines home and office work weekly.

You will partner with the Head of E-Commerce to deliver initiatives, own Zendesk tooling, and drive CSAT, dispatch, and returns performance across all channels.
