THE ROLE
n

Provide a travel management experience that is truly unique
n
Handle a portfolio of busy corporate clients
n
Book flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests
n
Provide tailored flight options that best suit clients' routes and preferences
n
Ensure compliance with travel policies
n
Liaise with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
n
Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings when required, including dispute resolution
n
Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers
n
Ensure travel requests are actioned within SLAs
n
Provide technical support to clients and any financial reports, as requested
n
Communicate effectively and efficiently with high profile corporate clients
n

THE MUST HAVES
n
n
At least 2 years of experience as a corporate travel consultant
n
Understanding corporate client travel requests
n
Excellent fares knowledge and self-ticketing skills
n
Exceptional customer service skills
n
Strong problem-solving skills
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
Calm and patient in difficult or high-pressure situations
n
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
n
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
Excellent with systems and ability to learn software systems quickly
