Job Description
Role:
n
The Senior MuleSoft Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and integration flows using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role involves working across cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations for enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, D365, SAP, Oracle, Third-party SaaS application and SFTP/File Systems.

Experience:
n
8+ years in MuleSoft integration and API development
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Design and implement APIs using API-led connectivity (Experience, Process, and System APIs) on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
n
Develop integrations with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), file systems (NAS), and cloud applications (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
n
Perform complex data transformations using DataWeave (JSON, XML, CSV, Base64, binary).
n
Deploy APIs securely on MuleSoft CloudHub
n
Implement encryption and security protocols: TLS 1.2, OAuth 2.0, Two-way SSL, PGP/JCI encryption.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.
n
Write MUnit test cases and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, CircleCI, Maven.
n
Maintain detailed documentation and participate in code reviews
n
n
Technical Skills:
n
n
Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center.
n
Strong command of DataWeave 2.0 and RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
n
Experience in both Java Spring boot and Mulesoft is must.
n
Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML, XSLT, and cloud APIs.
n
Familiarity with DevOps tools: GitHub, Maven, CircleCI, Nexus, Postman.
n
Hands-on with Mule connectors: HTTP, Database, File, JMS, Anypoint MQ, Object Store
n
Experience in global deployments and batch processing for enterprise systems.
n
Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
n
CI/CD with GitHub
Actions/Jenkins/Azure
DevOps,
artifact versioning, environment promotion, and automated quality gates.
n
Observability with Anypoint Monitoring, dashboards, log correlation, and proactive alerting.
n
Building APIs using GitHub Copilot, MuleSoft Vibes, and Einstein for developer productivity and insight generation.
n
Robust grasp of integration patterns (sync/async, pub‐sub, CQRS, batch), error handling, retries, idempotency, and circuit breakers
n

Qualification
n
n
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
n
MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft
Developer/Integration
Architect) preferred.
n
Demonstrated ability to produce high‐quality deliverables: clean code, reusable assets, documentation, and runbooks.
n
