Job Description
Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Regional HR Manager to partner with senior leaders across the Southern Region (VIC/TAS) and Alex Fraser Group (VIC/QLD), delivering strategic people solutions that enable secure, sustainable and high‐performing teams.

You will sit on the HR Leadership and Regional Leadership teams, providing expert advice across workforce strategy, employee relations, talent, capability and major change initiatives while supporting large blue‐collar workforces.
