Are you an experienced Project & Procurement Officer looking for your next contract opportunity? We're recruiting for an exciting 9-month contract within a government organisation, offering a competitive hourly rate, hybrid working arrangements, and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects. 9-month contract with an immediate start
n
$***** - $***** per hour + Super (PAYG)
n
$***** - $***** per hour (ABN)
n
Hybrid working arrangement - minimum 3 days per week in the office

Dickson, ACT location
n
Opportunity to work on meaningful government projects
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate and support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
n
Assist with procurement activities in line with government policies and procedures.
n
Prepare procurement documentation, reports, contracts and project correspondence.
n
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Support contract administration and supplier management.
n
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
n
n




About You
n
n
Experience in project coordination, project support or project administration.
n
Procurement and/or contract management experience.
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
n
Previous government experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
