We are seeking a proactive and people-focused People andCulture Advisor to join our team and play a key role indelivering practical, high-quality HR support across the business. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoyspartnering with leaders, supporting employees, and contributing toa positive and inclusive workplace culture.

About the Role
n
For this fixed term role, you will be responsible for
providingoperational
Human Resources advice, support and services tomanagement and employees across the business, with a focus onstrategic projects to build on and improve our business.
n
To be successful in the role, you will:
n
n
Have experience in the HR field, be a good
relationshipbuilder
who enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamicoperating environment.
n
Knowledge of the People & Culture environment
includingrecruitment,
performance, learning and
development,organisational
structure, role design and
disciplinaryprocesses.
n




Understanding of the implementation of change managementfor new initiatives and improvement of existing processes.
n
Knowledge of contemporary human resource
managementpractices,
policies and procedures.
n
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills(verbal and written).
n
Have outstanding attention to detail as this role isinvolved in recording and monitoring human resource systems,processes and metrics.

About You
n
You are a confident and approachable HR professional who buildstrust and strong working relationships. You balance empathy withsound judgement and are comfortable managing competing prioritiesin a dynamic environment.

You will bring:

Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR or People andCulture advisory role
n
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation andindustrial relations frameworks
n
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencingskills
n
A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to positiveworkplace culture
