BEST is hiring casual Support Workers (Mentors) to help young people with disabilities learn new life and work skills. You will support safety, fun, and learning across campus and community activities, assisting Members with skill-building and social engagement.

Prior community services experience is valuable, though not required; a compassionate, adaptable, and playful attitude is essential to help Members achieve their goals.
