Job Description
THISBOWL FISHBOWL is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive productivity across Supply Chain, Central Kitchen, Production, Logistics and Restaurants in Australia. You will identify initiatives and lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Reporting to the COO, you will embed Lean principles, develop performance dashboards, and standardise ways of working across sites. Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.
