Job Description
CPA Australia is seeking a Member Service Advisor (Inbound Call Centre) on a permanent part time basis (25 hours/week). The role is hybrid, with two days in the office, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm.

You will deliver personalised, high-quality service across all member touchpoints and resolve queries efficiently while collaborating with internal teams. You will join a people-first, inclusive culture and contribute to continuous improvement, maintain records, and ensure compliance.
