About the role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire visit. Your day will include:
Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalities
Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing accurately




Handling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrersMaintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flow
Working closely with clinical staff across the Campbelltown cluster to keep each site running seamlessly
About you
Previous experience in medical reception or administration is highly desirable, but not essential
A professional, tech-savvy approach, with confidence picking up new systems and software
The flexibility to work across multiple sites within the Campbelltown cluster
A warm, calm manner, especially with patients who may be anxious or unwell
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
