Casual HR Agitator Driver

Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials involves more than moving from point A to point B. Our agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service as the face of our business, making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with a variety of clients and stakeholders.

About the role

Rates: $***** per hour plus 25% casual loading.
n
Based at the Port Lincoln Concrete Plant.
n
Typical schedule starts at 6am, with up to 38 hours per week and regular overtime.
n
10‐day training program before operating independently.
n
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Deliver concrete efficiently and safely across the region.
n
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with people who may never have met you before.
n
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the agitator truck.
n
Use company technology to map routes and track loads.
n
Adhere to health and safety procedures, including random drug and alcohol testing.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Minimum of an HR licence (essential). Previous driving experience is preferred.
n
Comfortable interacting with people you have not met before.
n




Enjoyment of varied tasks and a dynamic work environment.
n
Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and random drug and alcohol testing.
