The Role
n
We have exciting opportunities available for enthusiastic Assistant Store Managers and Full-Time Team Members to join our team at Munno Para and other locations.
n
In these roles, you will work hands-on with your team across all store operations. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and help support their growth and career development while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
n
This is a full-time role (38 hours/week) working across a rotating roster over 7 days, including half the weekends and half the public holidays.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Training & Development
n
Onboarding and training team members
n
Conducting performance reviews and supporting career development
n
Recruitment and induction
n
Team Management
n
Assist the store manager with rostering and shift changes
n
Building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
n
Customer Experience
n
Ensuring high-quality, outstanding-tasting food that is well presented and expertly prepared
n
Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable customer service
n
Administration
n
Cash handling, banking, POS systems
n
Operations
n
Cost control, stock ordering, and inventory management
n




Maintaining OHS standards and supporting local marketing initiatives
n
Skills & Experience
n
Previous experience in a management role desirable but not essential (for Assistant Store Manager positions)
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
n
Experience with administration, cash handling, and POS systems
n
A positive, engaged attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
n
