Job Description
University of Tasmania is seeking a People & Wellbeing Officer to join the newly formed People Connect team. You will provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle, resolve enquiries, and support key processes in a high-volume service workplace.

Working closely with Business Partners and specialist teams, you will help ensure staff and leaders receive timely, accurate, and trusted support while contributing to process improvements and greater self-service use.
