As Associate, you will provide support to the Investment Advisers in co-ordination of administration and client management and marketing activities to ensure optimal client service experience in line with LGT Wealth Management's business objectives and values.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Manage client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing administration of client portfolios.
n
Coordinate settlement activities including cash and stock transfers, corporate actions, asset transfers, margin calls, and IPO/placement administration.
n
Liaise with clients, Advisers, Operations, and other internal teams to support account management and resolve client queries.
n
Prepare client meeting materials, follow up on actions, and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
n
Proactively support client servicing by ensuring annual reviews, risk profile updates, and compliance documentation are completed on time.
n
Assist Investment Advisers with portfolio administration, investment proposals, review documents, and service delivery reporting.
n
Provide general administrative support including correspondence management, phone support, email management, and data entry.
n
Support client functions, marketing events, and broader team initiatives as required, including reception and office support when needed.

About You
n
n
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or Professional Services and a proven aptitude to learn new skills.
n
Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Client experience an advantage.
n
Degree qualified in Finance or related disciplines desirable. RG146 accreditation or equivalent (or willingness to work towards obtaining). Level 1 & Level 2 Derivatives accreditation is advantageous but not a must.
n
Experience with Avaloq is beneficial but not essential.
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Event Planner.
