AnglicareSA, a leading not-for-profit, invites you to join our team as HR Manager – Community Services & Housing. This role partners with leaders across a diverse portfolio to influence people strategy, employee relations, workforce planning and organisational change.

What you'll do
n
As our HR Manager – Community Services & Housing, you will provide trusted strategic and operational HR leadership across a complex portfolio. You will work with senior leaders, People & Culture colleagues and key stakeholders to shape workforce strategies that support service excellence, employee engagement and sustainable growth. You will lead a small team and deliver high-quality, practical HR support.

Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the Community Services & Housing portfolio.
n
Coaching leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, change management and people priorities.
n
Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance, misconduct, grievances, investigations and fitness for work.
n
Interpret and apply employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Awards, HR policies and governance frameworks.
n
Develop volunteer and student placement strategies in collaboration with relevant leads.
n
Deliver integrated workforce solutions with portfolio leaders.
n

What you'll bring
n
To thrive in this role, you will have:
n




n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent experience.
n
Demonstrated experience leading complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
n
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
n
Ability to influence, coach and support leaders at all levels.
n
Experience supporting workforce planning, organisational change and strategic people initiatives.
n
n
We would also love you to have:

n
Experience in community services, housing, not-for-profit or similar environments.
n
Understanding of trauma-informed practice or Sanctuary Model.
n
Analytical capability to interpret workforce data and recommend actions.
n
A leadership style grounded in integrity, compassion, accountability, inclusion and service excellence.
