We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Showroom Manager to lead our Perth CBD showroom.
n

The Role
n
As Showroom Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day success of the Perth showroom.
n
You'll lead, coach and develop a team of Stylists while ensuring every customer receives the personalised, high-touch experience InStitchu is known for.
n
You'll be responsible for both people and performance — driving sales, managing showroom operations and creating a culture where your team is motivated to deliver outstanding results.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Stylists to achieve individual and showroom targets.
n
Driving sales performance, KPIs, conversion and customer retention.
n
Creating a premium and personalised customer experience from the initial consultation through to garment collection.
n
Building genuine relationships with customers and developing long‐term client loyalty.
n
Managing customer appointments,



consultations, measurements, garment design and order processing.
n
Overseeing showroom operations, presentation, standards and daily administration.
n
Managing customer follow‐up and ensuring every client receives proactive and exceptional communication.
n
Handling customer feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and a solutions‐focused approach.
n
Monitoring team performance and providing regular coaching, feedback and support.
n
Creating a positive, energetic and accountable showroom culture.
n
Representing the InStitchu brand and ensuring our luxury customer experience is consistently delivered.

About You
n
We're looking for a natural leader who is commercially driven, highly organised and genuinely passionate about people.
n
You don't necessarily need a background in tailoring or fashion — what matters most is your ability to lead a team, build relationships and deliver exceptional results.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
Previous experience managing a retail, hospitality or customer‐focused team.
n
A strong track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
n
A genuine passion for customer experience and relationship building.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n




Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting KPIs and performance results.
n
The ability to coach and motivate a team while holding people accountable.
n
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
n
A polished personal presentation and a strong sense of style.
n
The ability to remain calm, positive and solutions‐focused in challenging situations.
n
Confidence working in a fast‐paced, high‐performance environment.
n
A natural ability to anticipate customer needs and create memorable experiences.
n
A background in fashion, luxury retail, styling or design is highly regarded, but not essential.
