We are seeking a junior real estate Lawyer to join a highly regarded and well-established real estate practice in Sydney.
n
The role
n
The team advises Australian and international investors, developers, funds, and corporates across a broad range of commercial real estate sectors, delivering commercially focused advice on complex transactions and major developments.
n
n
Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate assets
n
Draft, negotiate, and review key transactional and development documentation
n
Support major real estate developments from structuring through to completion
n
Work directly with clients and collaborate across multiple practice areas
n
n
About you
n
You will have 1-3 years post admission experience in a business real estate practice.
n
Additionally, you will have:
n
n




Strong analytical and communication skills, with a sound understanding of the real estate sector and the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice
n
A strong client service mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
n
Robust technical ability, sound commercial judgement, and excellent attention to detail
n
A genuine interest in complex, large-scale real estate work
n
Strong academic performance
n
