RSPCA NSW is seeking compassionate individuals to deliver empathetic customer service across a range of queries, from animal cruelty reports to crisis support. This remote Contact Centre Representative role offers ongoing coaching, training sessions and a supportive team in NSW.

Based in NSW with occasional in office days, you will handle high-volume enquiries, maintain data accuracy and uphold organisational standards while delivering calm, helpful guidance to the public.
