You will advise on a diverse range of banking and finance matters, including:

Corporate and commercial lending transactions

Property and development finance

Acquisition and investment finance
n
Structuring and transaction management

Facility and security documentation

Regulatory and compliance advice

Complex strategic advisory matters

As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior lawyers, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.

About You
n
n
Senior Associate level lawyer (7 to 10 years PAE)



with strong Banking & Finance experience, private practice or relevant in-house experience will suit this client.
n
Technically solid with sound commercial judgement
n
Confident managing client relationships and transactions
n
Ambitious, proactive and looking for a genuine long-term career opportunity
n
Ready to be supported to build your own profile and practice
