HARLI + HARPA is seeking an experienced and motivated State Manager to lead our Victoria operations, overseeing multiple retail stores and ensuring sales targets are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will mentor Regional and Store Managers, analyse state-wide performance, drive efficiency and profitability, and partner with the Support Centre to implement best practices in a fast-growing retail workplace.
