The Role
n
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role for HIPA in Victoria — without leaving hands‐on high performance sports physiotherapy behind.
n
You'll not only work as a senior physiotherapist in one of Melbourne's leading sports and performance facilities but you also have the prospect to lead our Victorian team as a state manager whilst also spending 1–2 days a week onsite delivering hands‐on occupational physiotherapy as well as health and safety education across Victorian workplaces. Some key responsibilities will include:

Clinical caseload — MCAP (2 nights/week + Saturday mornings)
n
Managing your own physiotherapy caseload at our Essendon high-performance clinic
n
Working alongside our strength & conditioning, podiatry, and remedial massage team
n
Mentoring junior clinicians where relevant
n
Onsite (1–2 days/week)
n
Onsite occupational physiotherapy and injury management
n
Building strong rapport with employees and staff across all levels
n
Manual handling assessments and training
n
Running health education and exercise sessions with workers
n
Driving meaningful change to reduce injuries and improve employee health
n
Leading the Victorian team (potential if suitable and interested)
n
Owning the performance and growth of HIPA's Victorian operations
n
Leading and supporting our Victorian onsite physiotherapy team
n
Building and growing relationships with key Victorian clients
n
Overseeing new site onboarding and resolving client issues
n
About You
n
Registered Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
n
Significant clinical experience, ideally including
occupational/onsite
physiotherapy or high level sports experience
n
Confident engaging with corporate clients and site stakeholders, as well as one‐on‐one with patients
n
Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
n
