What you'll do

Handle claims from start to finish, coordinating all stages of the process to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and resolved effectively.
n
Process motor claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved with a prompt and effective outcome
n
Deliver high-quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all brokers and service providers
n
Enhance and develop your own technical expertise with support and participate in professional development and training where required
n
