$85,000 – $95,000 per year + Super + O/T

ETS Infrastructure Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Supervisor to join our operations team, based in Bayswater. This is a hands on supervisory role responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing crews undertaking scheduled roadside and ground vegetation maintenance works for Melbourne Water.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will provide day to day leadership to field crews, coordinate workloads and resources, liaise with customers and clients, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
n
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading a team, solving problems and taking ownership of day to day operations.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Lead and coordinate field crews undertaking Grass maintenance works
n
Plan daily workloads, allocate resources and coordinate equipment and materials
n
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to client standards
n
Liaise with customers, clients and the public regarding planned works
n
Monitor crew performance, productivity, quality and compliance with safety requirements
n
Complete field inspections, reporting and post-work audits as required
n
To be successful in one of these roles you will have:
n
Previous experience supervising or leading field-based crews, ideally within Grass management, grounds maintenance, horticulture or a similar industry
n
Strong planning, organisation and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising with employees, clients,



customers and members of the public
n
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety and a commitment to delivering safe, quality outcomes
n
Experience in Agriculture & equipment or relevant industry experience is desirable, along with confidence using mobile technology and field-based systems
n
