Key Responsibilities
Contribute to an integrated and seamless service model that reflects best practice in individualised, person-centred therapy delivery.
Monitor and evaluate services and supports to ensure they align with VisAbility's policies, procedures, standards and contractual obligations.
Undertake clinical assessments of functional independence and develop, implement, manage and review tailored therapy programs and services.
Prescribe and recommend specialised assistive technology, equipment and aids to support client outcomes, where appropriate.
Maintain timely and accurate records, assessments, case plans and service documentation within the Client Management System.
Actively use VisAbility's Process Mapping System for continuous improvement by providing input, feedback and suggestions.
Support the broader occupational therapy profession through student coaching and mentoring.
