Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a Palliative Care Social Worker to join the Community Palliative Care Team. You will undertake psychosocial assessments, counselling, advocacy and care coordination for patients, carers and families receiving palliative care services.
This permanent part time role (32 hours per week) works within a multidisciplinary team in community and outpatient settings. You will be eligible for AASW membership, bring healthcare social work experience, and contribute to
