We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Consultant to join our Sydney team on a max-term contract to cover a period of parental leave from mid-September **** to 30 June ****.
n
This is an excellent chance for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment, partnering with local and international clients, and delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As an HR Consultant, you will support a portfolio of clients across:
n
n
HR advisory and employee relations matters
n
Employment contracts, policies and HR documentation
n
HR compliance and Fair Work-related obligations
n
End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
n
Employer of Record (EOR) employee management




n
Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
n
Immigration and workforce mobility coordination
n
Workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
n
Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Consulting or Recruitment
n
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
n
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships
n
