About The Role
Reporting to the Workforce Management Manager, this role provides administrative support across workforce management and payroll processes. You'll be responsible for supporting managers and employees with UKG Pro queries, assisting with the fortnightly payroll cycle and helping ensure workforce data is maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate and support the fortnightly payroll process through the UKG Pro platform.
Manage and triage the UKG Pro inbox,



responding to and resolving payroll and system-related queries.
Provide UKG Pro training and ongoing support to managers and system users.
Generate and distribute reports and workforce management insights to key stakeholders.
Create and maintain cost centres, employee licences and manager licences within UKG Pro.
Coordinate employee enrolment and maintenance of UKG Pro clocking systems.
Liaise with payroll services and complete required payroll reporting activities.
Support employee administration, including onboarding documentation and third-party verification requests.
Assist with leave management, workforce compliance activities and cyclical remuneration processes.
Support payroll closure by monitoring manager timecard sign-off completion, following up outstanding approvals, and taking appropriate action to ensure payroll is finalised accurately and on time for payment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused and enjoy working with people and systems. You are a strong administrator who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys solving problems and can build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in an administration, customer service, HR support or similar role.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience with workforce management, payroll or HR systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
