About the role

You'll take ownership of site operations, leading teams to safely deliver projects while maintaining programme, quality and client expectations across large-scale civil works.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations across major civil projects
n
Lead supervisors, engineers and subcontractors on site
n
Drive programme, productivity and delivery outcomes
n
Maintain solid safety and quality standards
n
Coordinate labour,



plant and materials efficiently
n
Work closely with senior leadership and project teams
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager within civil construction
n
Strong background delivering complex infrastructure projects
n
Experience managing large site teams and subcontractors
n
Ability to perform in fast-paced project environments
n
Strong communication and leadership capability
n
n
