Are you hands-on, reliable, and happy switching between the warehouse floor and helping customers? We're looking for a Warehouse & Service Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role for someone who is willing to contribute to our operations, customer focused, takes pride in getting things right, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

What You'll Do:
n
n
Receive, check, document and store incoming items to appropriate sections.
n
Support inventory management.
n
Pick, pack, and *prepare items for dispatch.
n
With in-house training, *basic testing, recording and packing of equipment under technician supervision, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
n
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
n
Maintaining accurate documentation for orders and tasks assigned.
n
Assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email with orders, queries, and general support.
n
Assist with organising local and international deliveries of customer orders and machines for servicing.
n




Support the wider team with general duties as required.

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service role.
n
Physically fit and experienced with safe manual handling.
n
Friendly, transparent communicator with a customer-first attitude.
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
n
Basic testing, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing appliances or willing to learn.
n
Forklift licence a plus, but not required.
n
Basic computer skills for order processing and stock systems.
n
