This is an opportunity for aBusiness Services/Tax Managerto take on a leadership role, overseeing a client portfolio while managing and developing a team of accountants.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Managing a diverse client base, including HNWIs, SMEs and family businesses
n
Reviewing and finalizing financial statements and tax returns
n
Advising clients on complex tax matters, including FBT and Div 7A
n
Leading business advisory projects, including succession planning cash flow forecasting, and business structuring advice
n
Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients
n
Monitoring KPIs, WIP and deadlines
n




Supervise and review the work of junior to senior accountants, supporting their professional development
n
n
Who We're Looking For:
n
n
8-10 years of experience within an Australian public practice firm
n
Experience with training and reviewing the work of junior accountants
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
n
