About the role
n
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and has a strong understanding of the South Australian Property Management industry. Based in Morphett Vale SA, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with industry requirements.

About you
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Current South Australian Property Management Licence
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Proven experience in residential property management
n
Strong knowledge and understanding of South Australian tenancy legislation and property management practices
n
Proficient knowledge of industry based systems, including PropertyMe, Tenant Options, Bonds Online - as well as Office365
n
Excellent communication and organisation skills
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
