Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a values-driven Community Worker to lead the Christmas Cheer Response in the local area. Based in Raymond Terrace, NSW, this casual role reports to the Doorways Coordinator and focuses on bringing communities together and supporting families in need during Christmas.

You will motivate and support volunteers and Corps members, build partnerships, and create meaningful initiatives using asset-based community development strategies.
