Job Description
This role is ideal for a creative freelance video editor and motion designer with a passion for storytelling and digital content. You will be responsible for producing engaging short-form videos for a novel and storyworld launch, working with a variety of professional assets including audio, photography, stock footage, and scripts. The project focuses on developing repeatable video formats for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content delivered efficiently and at scale. The engagement begins with creative development and transitions into regular content production, with a hybrid work arrangement in Adelaide and a delivery deadline of 26 September.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on creative development for a social and digital content campaign

Edit and assemble ***** second videos using provided assets
n
Design and animate motion graphics, typography, and still-image animations
n
Develop repeatable video formats for efficient, high-volume production
n
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Work closely with producers and creative teams to meet project milestones

Manage multiple deliverables and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment

Skills And Requirements

Proven experience in video editing and motion design for commercial or agency social content
n
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
n
Strong skills in typography, motion graphics, and still-image animation
n
Experience working with stock footage and professional audio
n
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Hybrid availability in Adelaide required; must be able to meet the 26 September delivery deadline
