We're looking for a commercially drivenManaging Directorto take full ownership of an established and profitable Managed IT Services business. This is a genuine MD role. Reporting directly to the CEO of the parent group, you'll own the strategy, P&L;, clients, team, go-to-market and growth plan. There is no layer of management between you and the owner, and you'll have the autonomy to make the decisions.

The ambition is significant: grow the business and triple revenue and EBITDA.

What you'll inherit

Established, profitable MSP with a loyal client base
n
Six-person engineering team, including three senior engineers
n
Strong culture and mature service delivery, SLAs and tooling
n
Finance and marketing support from the wider group
n
AI and automation already deployed across the business
n
Access to genuine cyber security expertise through the parent group
n
A new brand launching ahead of your arrival
n
Investment available behind a credible growth strategy
n

You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Building and executing the growth strategy
n
Personally developing pipeline and winning recent MSP clients
n
Owning the P&L;,



pricing, margins and profitability
n
Developing the proposition and route to market
n
Growing revenue across the existing client base
n
Leading the engineering team and service delivery
n
Building referral, partner and marketing channels
n
Strengthening processes, automation and operational performance
n
Owning senior client relationships and major issues
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
We're looking for someone who has personally grown a business or significant revenue line and can demonstrate the numbers.
n
You'll need:
n
n
A proven track record of revenue growth
n
Ideally experience within an MSP
n
Strong personal sales and business development capability
n
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategy
n
P&L; and commercial ownership
n
Strong leadership and operational skills
n
A hands‐on, entrepreneurial mindset
n
Confidence working autonomously and wearing multiple hats
n
A genuine interest in using AI and automation to improve how a business operates
n
n
An MSP or technology services background is highly desirable. Technical knowledge across Microsoft, Azure, networking, security and related services is beneficial, but commercial capability comes first.
