Job Description
Refr, an Australian allied health platform, is hiring to own the patient journey from referral to rebooking. You will run the operations behind every referral, oversee a telehealth network of GPs, nurse practitioners and specialists, and lead a small support team to keep patients moving.

Collaborating with the founders and CTO, you will translate patient challenges into practical fixes, build the patient-success playbook, and implement scalable systems that prevent delays and improve the patient
