The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Customer ServiceRepresentative to join our Rydalmere After-Sales Service CallCentre team.



Your role would be to provide our customers withoutstanding customer service over the phone and through email asthe first point of contact.
You will:
Determine the assistance required by the customer and lodgea service request if it is determined necessary.
Provide customers with verbal quotes for water heaterinstallations.
Advise customers on installation dates, service calls andgeneral service matters.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including planning roomteam members.
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
About you
To be successful it is
essential
you havesimilar customer service experience within an inbound contactcentre. In addition, you will:
Enjoy and be effective working in a team.
Have experience in dealing with and resolving issues forcustomers.
Have excellent communication skills, both written andverbal.
Have a high attention to detail.
Have a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
Experience with SAP C4C is strongly desirable.
