n Your new role
n Reporting to the Regional General Manager,you'llbe responsible forthe overall performance, profitability, and growth of the branch. You will:

Drive business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

Deliver outstanding customer service, advice, and tailored solutions.

Manage systems and processes to consistently exceed targets.
n
Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Lead, develop, and inspire your team across sales, warehousing, andlogistics.

A proventrack recordin senior management or branch leadership.

Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).

Natural leadership qualities with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

A commercial mindset – able

Strong
communicationskills
and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base.
