Hot Air Balloon Cairns And Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Ground Crew Member to support flights from inflation to landing. You will assist with balloon setup, chase the balloon, ensure passenger safety, and manage post-flight tasks with a hands-on team.

This role requires physical fitness, outdoor enthusiasm, and robust communication. A valid driver's licence and a willingness to work early mornings and weekends are essential.
