Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews
Organise candidate travel arrangements and logistics
Welcome candidates onsite and ensure a seamless interview experience
Manage interview feedback and distribute information to relevant stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Respond to candidate and internal recruitment enquiries
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes
Support university recruitment initiatives, networking events, and internship programs
Assist with reporting, market research, university engagement, and special recruitment projects
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Flexibility to support occasional after-hours recruitment events and limited local travel
