Job Description
CentrePal in Melbourne, Australia, is hiring a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead CX transformation engagements across recent business and existing customers. You will scope solutions, run demonstrations, respond to RFx, and guide delivery and value realization.

You will own the customer roadmap, partner with Account Execs, build business cases, and establish CentrePal's Customer Success practices. Travel interstate and occasional international travel is expected.
