BOS Civil is a Western Australian civil construction company delivering infrastructure and streetscape projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Infrastructure & Streetscapes team. You will be responsible for delivering Perth metro projects valued up to $25 million, from early works through to completion.
n
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone comfortable taking ownership, making decisions on the ground, and running work with the support of a strong delivery team.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Construction Manager - Infrastructure, you will have full ownership of the day-to-day delivery of assigned infrastructure and streetscape projects, taking accountability for program, cost, quality, safety and overall project performance.
n
You will run your projects on the ground, leading site teams and subcontractors from planning through to completion, with support from the wider business where required.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
Full responsibility for the delivery and outcomes of your projects
n
Managing programs, budgets and resources to meet commercial and delivery targets
n
Leading and coordinating Supervisors, Engineers and site teams
n
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
n
Owning client, consultant and utility authority relationships
n
End-to-end contract administration, including variations and progress claims
n
Ensuring safety,



quality and environmental standards are met
n
Providing clear and accurate reporting on project progress and financials
n
Mentoring and developing engineers within your project teams
n
About You
n
Experience delivering civil infrastructure and streetscape projects
n
Background as a Project Manager
n
Strong understanding of roadworks, drainage, pavements and public-realm works
n
Comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholders
n
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
n
