We are looking for an experienced Chef Manager to lead catering services at a tungsten mining operation in the Desailly region. The role involves managing a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster, on-site accommodation, and meals for approximately 80 residents, growing to about 180 residents.
Requirements
Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
Experience in mine site / remote catering
Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines
Bulk catering experience
Proven management / supervisory experience
