Beck & Small Property is a boutique agency based in Brighton servicing Bayside & Glen Eira, and surrounding suburbs.
n The position available would ideally suit an experienced Property Manager that is looking for an workplace where you won't be micro managed and will have the ability to grow with a fun and friendly team without all the office politics.

Candidates should possess:
n
A current agents representative certificate
n
Excellent communications skills and presentation
n
The successful candidate should ideally have knowledge in all areas of Property Management including but not limited to:
n
The day to day duties of managing an excellent residential portfolio
n
Liaising with both Renters and Rental Providers
n
Ability to carry out inspections (routine and entry/exit)
n
Organising repairs and maintenance
n
Monday to Friday (no weekends)
n
Most leasing and accounting functions will be looked after for you
