Job Description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is recruiting married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like setting to support academic, emotional, and social growth.

The two-person role requires a two-year marital history, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation and extensive training are provided.
