Job Description
Talent is seeking a senior executive to lead Manufacturing Programs & Growth in a defence-oriented environment. You will steer a portfolio of complex programs, oversee 3 Operations Managers, and influence ~300 indirect reports across engineering, machining, electrical and trades.

A robust commercial mindset and governance focus will drive delivery, growth, and capability expansion. Australian Citizenship and NV1 security clearance eligibility are essential.
