About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on customer service representative. This is a dynamic role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration & membership sales.

Position Overview
n

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly.
n
Drive sales across memberships, supplements,



apparelaccessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.
n
Demonstrate Robust understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings
n
Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages
n
Maintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstations
n
Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records
n
Assisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings
n
n
Our Ideal Candidate

Previous CSR, Sales and Retail experience
n
Passionate about Health & Fitness
n
Proven experience in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets.
n
Must be 18 years of age
n
Unlimited Working Rights
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)

Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
