Division Manager - National Facility Maintenance
n
Manage the operational delivery of the facility trade services and service delivery outcomes for multiple national clients *****+ sites in the retail and petroleum sector)
n
Management of internal team to manage jobs and sub-contractors to carry out works set out by our customer. Works include electrical, mechanical, handyman maintenance, plumbing and fire
n
Provide assistance on the financial operations of the account, including reporting and cost savings.
n
Assist with the planning and preparation of operational strategies, changes, policies, and procedures to increase effectiveness and improvements across the portfolio.
n
Work with the client to manage and drive portfolio improvements.
n
Oversee the existing team including service schedulers and account managers
n
Improve the operations and efficiency of the department
n




Responsible for division growth with support from the business.
n
The Individual:
n
Extensive management experience managing a retail portfolio or commercial facilities
n
Facility management experience.
n
Excellent leadership experience.
n
Trade background is highly regarded.
n
