Job Description
Empire Group is recruiting for the Queensland Government to fill two AO3 Maintenance Support Officer - Call Centre positions based in Mackay, Queensland. You will be the first contact for tenants and contractors, handling high-volume inbound calls, raising work orders, coordinating maintenance with contractors, recording requests, and delivering robust customer service.
